How soon will my items ship?

It is our goal to ship all orders within 24 hrs of purchase.

All FedEx Overnight orders must be placed before 2 pm for next-day delivery.

Please note, there is no weekend delivery for FedEx overnight. Any orders placed after 2 pm Thursday will deliver the following Monday or Tuesday.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged once your order is submitted.

How can I cancel my order?

Please email us at support@santasdwelling.com with the subject “Order Cancellation”. We will try our best efforts to make this attempt. Unfortunately orders that have already been fulfilled and shipped cannot be cancelled. For more information please review our returns and exchanges policy on our website.

Where is my refund?

Refunds generally take 3-5 business days for funds to appear in your bank account. Once your refund has been processed on our end, an email confirmation will be sent.
