Santa's Dwelling understands that sometimes things don't quite work out. Therefore we handle returns and exchanges on a case by case basis with the goal of ultimately making our customers happy. We stand behind our goods and want everyone to be satisfied with them. We're all about treating everyone like family.
Return / Exchange Policy
All returns / exchange requests are to be made within 7 days of the receipt of the product. The costumer is responsible for all shipping and charges associated with exchanges and returns. Insurance is recommended for all return shipments as Santa's Dwelling is not responsible for lost and / or mishandled packages. Santa's Dwelling has the right to refuse any return.
Please note : All refunds, order cancellations, Paypal disputes, and charge backs will be issued via store credit. Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee,
